About Me

I have been practicing massage for sixteen years.  I specialize in deep tissue, AIS (Active Isolated Stretching), memory re-education, injury treatment, manual lymph drainage and Swedish Massage. I also have worked with Polarity and I am a Reiki practitioner.  

I attended Ashmead School of massage in Fife, Washington and started my practice in the Ocean Shores area.  I am now working in the Olympia and Thurston County area in two locations and one weekend a month I travel to Ocean Shores. 

My approach to massage is to treat the body as a whole, assisting the client to find health and wellness by finding balance.
